Refund Policy
Clear, fair rules for digital products
All sales are final — with 3 exceptions
Every product sold on TopBundleDigi is a digital download (PNG, SVG and related design files). Because files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final, except in the cases below.
✅ Duplicate purchaseYou accidentally bought the same bundle twice. We refund the duplicate.
✅ Corrupted or missing filesThe download is damaged or incomplete and we can’t provide a working replacement within 72 hours.
✅ Wrong product deliveredYou received files that don’t match the product description.
How to request a refund
- Email support@topbundledigi.shop within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and a short description of the issue (screenshots help).
- We reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please contact us before a chargeback
We fix download problems fast. Opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal without contacting us first delays everything — send us an email and we’ll sort it out.
